• You are physically capable of participating.

• You understand that injuries may occur.

Participants are responsible for their own health, medical insurance, and equipment unless otherwise stated.

5. Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PROJECT FUTBOL, its founder, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, contractors, venue owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury

• Illness

• Travel expenses

• Delays

• Any indirect or consequential damages

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

6. Code of Conduct

PROJECT FUTBOL is committed to creating a safe and respectful environment.

The following behavior may result in immediate removal without refund:

• Violence

• Fighting

• Harassment

• Bullying

• Discrimination

• Racism

• Hate speech

• Threats

• Unsportsmanlike conduct

• Drug use

• Alcohol abuse

• Possession of illegal substances

• Damage to venue property

• Failure to follow staff or security instructions

PROJECT FUTBOL reserves the right to remove any participant or spectator whose behavior negatively impacts the experience.

7. Photography & Media Release

By attending any PROJECT FUTBOL event, you grant PROJECT FUTBOL permission to photograph, film, livestream, and record your image, voice, likeness, and participation.

These materials may be used worldwide for:

• Marketing

• Social media

• Advertising

• Television

• Streaming

• Documentary content

• Future promotions

• Commercial purposes

No compensation is owed for such use.

8. Ticket Sales & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

• All ticket sales are final.

• No refunds for missed events.

• No refunds for weather delays.

• No refunds for schedule changes.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by PROJECT FUTBOL.

If an event is canceled entirely, PROJECT FUTBOL may offer a refund, credit, or rescheduled event at its sole discretion.

9. Merchandise

All merchandise sales are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Change pricing

• Correct errors

• Cancel fraudulent orders

• Limit quantities

Defective merchandise may be eligible for replacement in accordance with our return policy.
